Each session is tailored to your needs and strengths. Three differenct pricing packages are offered, once we have an exploratory conversation to determine your needs, we can discuss so you may chose from the options.
Individual sessions are provided on an as needed basis at a reasonable rate along with 3 or 6 month retainter.

Meeting for one - three months is generally suggested for most situations.
Sessions are held on Zoom, in-person, or by phone.
